Vital Tax & Advisory Group gives business owners a CFO-level partner for the financial decisions that shape their companies. We are based in Houston and work with owners across the country, on tax planning, tax compliance, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and the valuations and M&A work that comes with buying or selling a business.

That is the center of what we do. Tax compliance and IRS notices are part of the picture, but they are not the point. Justice Ukpabi
Vital Tax & Advisory Group is led by its Managing Principal, Justice Ukpabi. He is an attorney licensed in the District of Columbia and an Enrolled Agent, the highest credential the IRS awards. Justice also leads a separate, affiliated law firm, Ukpabi Legal, PLLC.
