Justice Ukpabi is an attorney licensed in the District of Columbia and an Enrolled Agent, the highest credential the IRS awards. He is the Managing Principal of Vital Tax & Advisory Group.
He works with owners on the decisions where tax, law, and business meet: lowering a tax bill, keeping the books and reporting in order, valuing a business, structuring a purchase or a sale, and facing the IRS when a notice arrives.
His educational background includes two law degrees, including a Master of Laws, and a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in accounting and marketing. That blend of law, tax, and business is what lets him weigh the legal exposure, the tax consequence, and the business reality at the same time, rather than considering one in isolation.
Justice is also the Managing Attorney of Ukpabi Legal, PLLC, a separate, affiliated law firm. The two firms are run independently, each under its own engagement. For clients, that means if a tax matter ever turns into a legal one, you have the option to engage Ukpabi Legal, PLLC, a law firm that will represent and defend you, including in litigation, rather than starting the search for a lawyer from scratch.
